Coffec.com gives you the option to return or Exchange purchased item(s)*.
Refund Policy
Any order that has been shipped, within the 2 days limit from the date of delivery, can be requested for return in its original condition (Box Packed). AED 50/- is applicable for refund (25/- for the item delivery and 25/- for the refund (Item collection) charge.
Damaged Item Refund Policy
All the coffee Machines are under warranty of minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years depends on machine. For more details check the descrption of coffee machine which you want to order.
Any issue in machine just do contact our support team and they will make arrangemnts.
Exchange Policy
Any order that has been shipped, falls within a Exchange category and is within the 2 days limit from the date of delivery, can be requested for exchange in his original condition. (Box Packed)
AED 30/- exchange charges and AED 30/- for the item delivery charge will be applicable.
Note: if customer have any new order for delivery, then the item collection charge of 20 dirham will not included. we will exchange the item only with exchange charges.

Order Policy
Coffec has the right to cancel any order for any reason. (Reason can be out of stock, remote area, wrong contact number, wrong address, address out of UAE etc..)
We don't keep any order more than one week. After one week, Coffec manually cancel the order.
Remote area shipping charges are non-refundable
